Stal Romp

Stal Romp is located close to Tilburg in the south of Holland. The stables of Stal Romp are located next to 800 hectares of forest accessible for horse riding and named “Regte Heide”. Since 1997, Stal Romp is managed by Bert Romp, former Grand Prix rider and Chef D'equipe of the Dutch junior and senior riders. Stal Romp is specialized in professional training of talented showjumping horses to the highest level and giving instructions and guidance to riders all over the world.
 

The accomodation offers 20 stables, indoor and outdoor arenas and lunging facilities. The 800 hectares forrest called 'Regte Heide' is across the street and well suited for relaxing rides. A daily team is present at the stables to take care of the horses and assist during trainings. We could also offer housing or assit to find convenient housing as desired.

The accomodation is centrally located in Belgium-Holland, and offers excellent accessibility. Tilburg city centre / Tilburg University can be reached in 10 minutes. Eindhoven Airport is a short 30 minutes away, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Brussels Airport are within 1,5 hours distance. Calculate your route description here.

Stal Romp hosted many academic students that combined their academic career with a horse riding profession. Many high ranked Universities (Tilburg University and TU Eindhoven) are located in close vicinity of Stal Romp and can be well combined with an equestrian career.
